Refund policy

Even though great care and love has gone into making your truffles, once in a while there may be unexpected surprises and your order doesn't turn out as you'd love them to.

We want to make things right. Should that happen, please take a photo of your order immediately and contact us at truffleandt@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order. We will issue a credit note for the full amount.

REFUND FOR CANCELLATIONS

Custom orders for events 
If you need to cancel for any reason, kindly let us know as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, any deposit paid upfront will NOT be refunded if the cancellation is made less than two weeks in advance.

Standard orders
Please email us at truffleandt@gmail.com with your order number to cancel as soon as possible. 
We will refund you with an electronic gift voucher for the full amount. Unfortunately, if the cancellation is made later than Sunday as all orders are shipped on a Tuesday, the refund will be minus the shipping cost.
